Reservation by telephone

If you give us the details of your credit card, we will send you the tickets you wish immediately by post. If you wish, we can file these details, so that next time you will only need to give your name and we can take the card details from our file.

Ticket sales in Internet

On our Internet website www.operamrhein.de we have installed the option “ticket online” which enables you to buy tickets for our events easily by credit card. The tickets will be sent to you by the ticket online service centre for a small extra mailing charge.

Reservation in writing

Processing of written reservations (by E-mail, fax or letter) takes place in the order in which they reach us. If you have given us your credit card details, you will be sent the requested tickets immediately. If you apply by letter, you can enclose a blank bank cheque if you prefer. Please state on the cheque your upper limit for the price, name and date of the requested performance and the number of tickets you require, and please do not forget to include the address to which you wish them sent.

Reservation period

We will hold tickets which you have reserved but not yet paid for ten days after receiving the reservation. We cannot undertake to hold tickets for you at the evening box-office before the performance unless you have already paid for them by cheque or credit card.

Ticket prices

All ticket prices given are nett including a 15% fee. Bought tickets may not be returned for refund.
